Thursday, August 27, 2009 @ 7:03 AM. Reseach shows that if you do something for. Consecutively for 5 weeks. You are most likely to continue doing that. However, 3 weeks is all u need to break that habit. Anything that becomes a habit will allow us to do the task with much ease since it's somehow wired in our schedule and has found a comfortable nestling spot. Having said that, i need to persevere more than 3 weeks to quit a bad habit. And 5 weeks to cultivate a good habit. At least for 5 weeks. hahaha.

I regretted wasting the first half my semester slacking, giving so many tuitions and going out. now im like fighting to have more time to revise my work. Didnt do very well for my assignments too. Yea i know it's useless to cry over spilt milk. I so deserved it for being such a slacker. Praying hard for a miracle now! You can you can. hopefully its still not too late.
