Nourish, Smile, Move, Love. Choc chip sweet potato muffins. I’m in the midst of an obsession with both spelt and sweet potato at the moment! I just can’t get enough, and the combination of the two is even better. Synergistic if you will. These delicious little muffins are the result of today’s baking sesh.
