I am Tom Leach. I started almostadoctor back in 2009 when other students kept stealing my notes to photocopy them. Photocopying is so 20th Century. Since then, I have ocassionally been so obsessed with almostadoctor that I have gone without food and natural light for weeks on end. At the expense of my social life. Because of this open fractures are often managed differently. Open fractures can be categorised by the gustilo classification. Depending on the extent of damage to the surrounding tissues:. I - Low energy with wound less than 1cm. II - greater than 1 cm with moderate soft tissue damage. III - Wound greater than 1 cm with severe soft tissue damage.

We're gonna be up all night. Friday, February 8, 2013. Having a baby around is hard work! The thing I most was looking forward to with not being pregnant was sleeping on my stomach. And, wouldn't you know it, it hurts my full of milk nursing boobs. Great. So, that's out of the picture for a while. Some people put there babies in the crib right away, but there's the studies about SIDS and that babies shouldn't sleep alone. Or when do you let a baby self-soothe and go to sleep on their own? I had a baby!
