This makes me an expert in parenting by now. I was thinking today about how my thumb hurts. Why does my thumb hurt? Because I'm on my iPhone too much. Why am I on my iPhone so much? That is the million dollar question. I know children who are practically babies know how to swipe and iPhone. But does this have consequences?

Day 706. November. Damn. I’m on the flight to Boston for the Business of Software conference. This will be my 4th year in a row. I always feel a sense of nervousness and expectation, but it’s very strange to me just how vulnerable I feel now. It’s probably because I’m going for more than just the conference.
