I was expecting more on my last ride but it ends to be just a short ride yesterday, from San Juan, Batangas town proper to the neighbouring town in Candelaria, Quezon province. San Juan is the easternmost town in the province of Batangas that serves as the bordering town in the province of Quezon. Candelaria is a common town lies along Maharlika Highway in Quezon province. I started my ride in front of San Juan Municipal Hall. Backtrack: Pico de Loro.

Jul 23, 2015. Road mtbiking: San Juan to San Pablo City. San Pablo City nestled in the foothills of four mountains (Mt. Banahaw, Mt. Cristobal, Mt. Makiling, and the Sierra Madre) so it has a cool climate. It was also known as the City of Seven Lakes, and Sampaloc Lake is one of them so last Wednesday I revisit this lake on a mountain bike. Stated my jump-off from San Juan town cathedral. At Candelaria town cathedral, then headed to San Pablo City via Tiaong by pass road. Backtrack: Pico de Loro.
