I have some issues. Why Do I Blog? About The Blog Content. I just got back from the psychiatrist. He wants me to take clomipramine. Nightly now instead of every other night. I told him that I have basically resigned myself that the rest of my life will be spent in this depressed and nervous fog. I have some issues. Why Do I Blog? About The Blog Content. Does there come a point where it becomes time to just accept that things are the way they are and you will never achieve what you want? I am middle aged and have spent my adult life suffering from anxiety and depression. I have been on just about all the different SSRI’s, SNRI’s and I am now on a TCA. I take anti-anxiety meds 2-3 times a day. I have had 7 ECT sessions as well. I also attend private therapy sessions and group therapy sessions.
