Saturday, May 25, 2013. Day 14 with baby Irfan. Day 14 of having another bundle of joy in my life. Subhanallah. He was born on 12th May 2013 @ 11.28 am in Hospital Ampang, weighing 3.74 kg and 51 cm. Yes, alhamdulillah I managed to normally deliver this boy to this world, of course with Allah's grace. At one point, I even asked for epidural but it was a Sunday and the specialist doctor was not around. So Around 5 hours later, this little lad came into this world. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Alhamdulillah, I'm now into week 3 as a masters student, majoring in Education - Curriculum and Instruction. Uhhh I just hope there's a way out of this. It's going to be at least another 3-4 years, so I really need to figure this out. I'm quite tired of taking supplements but yes inshaAllah i will try my best to take them regularly. Friday, December 12, 2014. Grilled Lamb shoulder with MyAqiqah specialty spices. Lamb shoulder marinated with *specialty spices (secret ingredient)* for at least 1 hour. Crushed garlic, unpeeled. Pre-heat oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius with top and bottom fire. Neatly wrap the marinated lamb with garlic and tomatoes in aluminium foil. Grill in the oven for 40 minutes. Open the aluminum foil wrap to expose lamb to direct heat for another 50 minutes. Poke the meat and see if it's done :).

Saturday, November 29, 2014. 189; cup salt. 2 tbsp cream of tartar. 1½ cup boiling water. 1 Mix everything except boiling water. 2 Add boiling water, a little at a time. 3 Separate dough and add different colouring. Basboussa is a very famous Arab dessert, particularly in Palestine and Jordan :). Belum ada gambar jugak -. 1 cup sugee flour. 1 cup multipurpose flour. 1 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup plain yogurt. 1 cup dried coconut flakes. Optional: 1 or 2 eggs vanilla essence. 1 Mix all the ingredients.
