A long road travelled. Saturday, October 23, 2010. Rituals of Life Exhibition: Vatican Museum. Today we all got up early to catch the Metro back to St Peters square to visit the Vatican Museum and see for ourselves the Aboriginal exhibition as not all of us could go to the opening last Friday night. Nyumba Learning: January 2012

http://nyumbalearning.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html

Personal collection of ideas and thoughts on life, Aboriginal education, and spirituality. Tuesday, January 3, 2012. In 2011, I had an opportunity to travel to Rome for the Canonisation of Sister Mary MacKillop. I had the intention of blogging about the event. However I really struggled to find get web access once we arrived in Italy. Rome was amazing. The canonisation was inspiring. I would love to visit Rome again and take more time to see more of the Vatican. Sunday, January 1, 2012. As soon as I can.

A Long Road To Freedom. Welcome to our site. A Long Road To Freedom-The Life of Patrick McCrystal. No amount of self-inflicted misery, regret, victimisation or revenge can change one moment of the past. Freedom can be bought at a huge cost, but remember that it is worthless if you sacrifice or enslave others in its pursuit and nothing can take the freedom inside your soul, unless you decide to sell it yourself. Quinta Scott's Route 66 Photographs: Classic Black and White Images

Quinta Scott, Photographer. The first, the most compelling, and the most definitive photographs of Route 66. In 1979 I began documenting the architecture along U.S. Highway 66. Over twenty years I created thousands of images of the motels, gas stations, cafes, and trading posts that served travelers along Route 66. In 1988 I published selected images in. The Highway and its People. It is the first book published on the old road and still the best. In 2000 I published 200 more in. Landscapes along Route 66.
