Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Choosing God's grace isn't easy or fun all of the time. I struggle greatly with "needing" to understand why there is evil in the world. Why do we blow each other up? Actually, he said, "read your Bible every day, even if you feel. Even if its the one verse I get texted to me each day from some Bible website I signed up for.). Monday, April 15, 2013. I kept the original post hidden for a long time. But I have decided I don't want to hide parts of my journey. Saturday, January 24, 2015. For the first time in years, I was invited to church. It seems like a simple gesture, but it really moved me. Yesterday, I was invited to church. The invitation was heartfelt and sincere. I was so moved by the gesture, I cried. I didn't realize how powerful an invite could really be. I can't wait to go! I can't wait to experience worship. The book is called Christianity, Social Tolerance, and Homosexuality: Gay People in Western Europe from the Beginning of the Christian Era to the Fourteenth Century. Only in comparatively recent times have homosexual feelings come to be associated with moral looseness" - Boswell, p. 27. It's a good read, if anyone's interested! Sunday, July 29, 2012. Still living out of boxes. This post was originally hidden. It's time it sees the light. This summer is flying by. I can't believe it's already the end of July. I've been up for a couple hours already this morning, and for some reason I can't stop reflecting on how many changes I've been through this summer. Excited for this change. Gods world is too big and beautiful for us, but its satisfactions are too small. They are never enough. Because we are made for eternit.
