A big thanks to all the firefighters - the fire reached the front porch, but they saved the house. I stopped by her house to say hi, and there she was in her kitchen, at 4:30 in the afternoon, pouring herself a double Dewar's on the rocks. Sweet. Grandma, you rock. Then to Pirate's, which is fitting because now I have a pirate name, Dirty Bess Rackham is it? 5 minutes and I AM OUT. Sweet. I think I say that too much. Happy New Year everyone! See you in 2005! You don't know what you are and it may take you years to find out. Wednesday, August 31. Takes the cake so far. Day Two was not nearly as exciting, yet still fun. We'll take it. I vaguely remember talking shit to the owner because he wouldn't put the Laker game on for us. He eventually did, probably to shut me up.
