Saturday, January 10, 2015. And the DIY begins! I've always admired those people who could turn a item of junk into an piece of beauty. It seemed fun, but daunting and difficult. Moving away from home, with just my car for packing space, eliminated all furniture from my life. With prices on the rise I wasn't left with many options. Spend some good money on furniture. or try my hand and the whole DIY thing. I spammed up my good friend over at DIY In Real Life. Found the dresser handles for $1.28/each.

Thursday, April 23, 2015. Love is Not Quickly Forgotten. He was smiling knowingly when he asked the fateful question. Do you remember me? I'm so sorry, have I met you recently? No it's been a long time. You were seven years old.". I breathed a sigh of relief. There was no way anyone expected me to remember someone I must have met somewhere close to seventeen years ago. I smiled and asked him name - Mark. Still not ringing bells, but then he went on to explain. Are you kidding me? His answer was simple.

Anna's Blog: A bit of my city living
http://ilovethedetails.blogspot.com/2015/03/a-bit-of-my-city-living.html
Tuesday, March 31, 2015. A bit of my city living. I thought I appreciated things and that I was aware of the little things in life. Life in Pennsylvania. Life in the city. It has revealed a couple things I never realized were so wonderful. Things like - a driveway. But on the flip side of things, City Parking (i.e. street parking). And shall we mention laundry appliances? What happens when you live your whole life with a washing machine and dryer in your basement, a literal 30 sec walk away? So go wash y...

Anna's Blog: November 2014
http://ilovethedetails.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 28, 2014. I take a deep breath before I start typing. Big news. Crazy news. Life-changing news. For twenty-three years I called Omaha my home, Nebraska my state. My schedule was unpredictable, but local. Travels took me all around the US, but I always booked my flight from Omaha Eppley Airfield. It was all I ever knew. My fingers click on my familiar MacBook, but now in an unfamiliar room. Not Omaha, not Nebraksa. I moved, far away. Posted by Anna B. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Anna's Blog: February 2015
http://ilovethedetails.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 15, 2015. A Lack of Posting. I blame my dreadful lack of posting on the fact we don't have internet at my apartment currently. { hoping that changes next week! As usual, I have lots of pictures and ideas to share. Maybe one day I'll be a consistant blogger. But not yet. Recently I was thinking about my blog. It's a small space on a big-wide-web. Random and infrequent posts. I go to thinking why I really blogged. And I realized that even if no one ever. Read my blog, I would keep it going.

Anna's Blog: December 2014
http://ilovethedetails.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 21, 2014. My Gingerbread Chocolate Latte is almost empty. Even with my growing before-I-fly-home-for-Christmas-to-do-list, I find myself at the local cafe we don't have internet at the apartment yet. Giving a little update on my little home on the web. It's been almost three months since I packed my car to the brim and headed east. The quiet trust and confidence that God is leading has sustained my heart. Sight and Sound is my new workplace. Pinch me, is this really my life?

Saturday, March 21, 2015. It is a safe thing to trust Him to fulfills the desires which He creates." - Amy Carmichael. Waiting for a basketball game sitting on bleachers, my eyes wandered up to a hanging banner. A forlorn picture of a little girl stared at me and the banner's message declared a quote I will never forget. No Girl Should Be For Sale.". Several months passed before I finally looked up Tiny Hands International. A small dream was born inside my heart. My small dream grew. I prayed, consulted ...

Monday, April 28, 2014. After spending five straight days with a companion who exemplifies the list below, here's a word to the "future boyfriend.". Comfortable to be around. With me whenever I go. Not afraid to get dirty. Keeps me going forward. Somewhat expensive, but worth the wait. Just love me like my boots do. Just got back from a 5-day camping/hiking/totallyawesome stint in Utah with my siblings. Posted by Anna B. Take me down south! Just take me back. The Linds and I sipping sweetness. My trip to...
