Pentru verificarea dimensionala si a conditiilor de aspect a pieselor executate, ALPHAMETALS ROMANIA dispune de o gama variata de instrumente de masura si control moderne in cadrul unui departament specializat. Pentru omologarea produselor cu un grad ridicat de complexitate si precisie suntem in masura sa efectuam masuratori foarte exacte pe o masina de masurat tridimensional ZEISS ECLIPSE 550 aflata in dotarea laboratorului CERMI. Din cadrul Universitatii Tehnice din Cluj-Napoca.

Dimensiunea maxima a pieselor care pot fi prelucrate pe strungurile CNC:Ø 350mm x 600mm, dimensiunea maxima a pieselor care pot fi prelucrate pe frezele CNC: l=500mm, L=1050mm. Utilizand placute cu carburi metalice se pot obtine rugozitati de 0.8 atat pe strunguri cat si pe frezele CNC.

Centre verticale de prelucrare CNC si freze conventionale. Operatiile de frezare se executa pe centre verticale CNC si freze conventionale (FUS32 si FUS22). Frezele conventionale sunt echipate cu sisteme de control pentru pozitia sculei (SONY Display LH51). Piesele complexe, precise si in serii mari se executa pe centrele verticale CNC, iar piesele de complexitate scazuta si in serii mici, operatiile de degrosare se executa pe frezele conventionale.

Strunguri CNC si strunguri conventionale. Operatiile de strunjire se executa pe strunguri CNC si strunguri conventionale (SNB400). Strungurile conventionale sunt echipate cu sisteme de control pentru pozitia sculei (SONY Display LH52). Piesele de complexitate ridicata, precise si in serii mari se executa pe strungurile CNC iar piesele de complexitate scazuta si in serii mici se prelucreaza pe strunguri conventionale. Diam maxim de strunjire. Diamentru max. peste sanii. Lungime max. strunjire.
