My last days in Cairo →. May 13, 2008 · 5:00 pm. Here is an experience I must write about. I have been every night at the set of an Egyptian boxing movie, from around 7 pm to around 9 am. The set is at Cairo Stadium, Gate 5, at the hockey rink, but they have it set up like a boxing arena. The place reminds me very much of the XCEL Energy Center. My last days in Cairo →. The places I spend the most time are these, in descending order: My apartment, a certain cheap net cafe, the small cafe on my block, Taza take-away, a certain fruit juice shop, the Metro, mini-buses, taxis, Alfa Market, the Tahrir Street bridge on the Nile River (where I like to hang out at night). 5 responses to “.
