I looked up and saw a native man riding a bike (and no, it was not mine). The noise that I was hearing was due to the fact that he was holding the rear bike tyre in his hand while riding down the street just on the metal rim.weird.

Lethbridge placed 17th which was higher than Calgary, Saskatchewan, Regina and Manitoba.
