The Global Nomads 2.0. There are some other bands, as well, but either I was in them for a very brief time, or I can't scare up any info on them, or I cannot locate any of the personnel. Laatste wijziging woensdag 19 augustus. Dag 1, vertrek naar Brussel is geplaatst. Helaas nog zonder foto's. Zit nu op Washington Dulles met verbinding, te wachten op de vlucht naar Orlando. Zie hier de link. Net terug uit New York moeten we alweer plannen gaan maken voor de zomervakantie. 2 weekjes Frankrijk, misschien Portugal? Het valt niet mee. Echte aanbiedingen zijn er (nog) niet en als je uitrekent wat het gaat kosten met 5 personen in een sta-caravan in Frankrijk of een appartement in Portugal .

Woensdag 17 augustus 2011. Om kwart voor negen landen we op Zaventem. Volgens mij heeft de piloot dus wat gas teruggenomen onderweg. Of de automatische piloot heeft zelf wat lopen spelen met het gaspedaal. In ieder geval nog steeds voor op oorspronkelijke aankomsttijd van 9.20 AM. Onderweg even wat file nabij het vliegveld, daarna gaat alles vlot en rond 12 uur maken we onze eigen voordeur weer open. Het zit er weer op. Het slot gaat op deze blog. Vlucht BA176 zou om 7.35 PM vertrekken van JFK om om 7.40 AM locale tijd te landen in Londen, een vlucht van 7 uur en 5 minuten.
