I have a back log of blog updates. *:( I am failing to understand why I can't seem to keep on top of this. I love blogging so you would think it wouldn't be a problem. I have a great deal of catching up to do, I only have myself to blame, anyway. The coco fish necklace is still in production. I did mention it would be experimental and well it has been just that. My coconut was open. It looked amazing, a very satisfying and simple visual pleasure! The hardest part was scrapping out the coconut. MIND YOUR FINGERS! Yes another minor injury was gained! Once all the coconut was out I was left with stunning little pot's. Well It has been a busy but great week. *:) I have only just got the chance to post my latest coconut progress. I gave my coconut a final blast with the sander. It did feel smoother however still a little spiky. I made the decision to move forward with the next step as I will buff and smooth each coconut piece at a later date. As the shell was feeling a little dry I had a pop at moisturising it with some olive oil. ( I read on the internet that this works well! Friday, April 20, 2012. Welcome to my blog.

The first steps to jewellery making! I have taken on a new quest to start making jewellery, and have started a workshop to help me get to to grips with different techniques. I ordered some practise wire which is sliver plated copper and various different pliers. Once I get good I will then move onto sterling silver. And its quite sore.
