Bumi diselubungi lapisan udara yang disebut atmosfir. Walaupun tidak tampak, udara sebenarnya terdiri atas partikel-partikel kecil. Karena warna biru banyak dihamburkan, maka warna matahari tidak putih sempurna, seperti yang seharusnya terjadi jika semua warna dipadukan. Warna matahari menjadi sedikit agak jingga. Rendah, yaitu merah.

Banyak orang menyepelekan sarapan, padahal tidak mengkonsumsi makanan di pagi hari menyebabkan turunnya kadar gula dalam darah. Hal ini berakibat pada kurangnya masukan nutrisi pada otak yang akhirnya berakhir pada kemunduran otak. Terlalu banyak makan mengeraskan pembuluh otak yang biasanya menuntun kita pada menurunnya kekuatan mental. 4 Terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi gula. 9 Kurangnya stimulasi otak.
