Alvin Dedeaux Fly Fishing. Fly fishing central Texas. Posted by Alvin Dedeaux. On January 26, 2013. Good fishing today on the Guadalupe. We caught quite a few nice trout before lunch. Things slowed down mid – day because of the bright sunny sky. We had another flurry of activity in the afternoon. we caught fish on a few different flies.
