days to remember: Ueno & Akihabara
http://janicedays.blogspot.com/2007/12/ueno-akihabara.html
Thursday, December 6, 2007. We got the map and tourist guide from Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Tourist Centre, after collecting information. And ideas and studying the tourist guide catalogue we decided the next spot is Ueno. Since it's just nearby, you can visit both places in one day. As we've heard from others, Ueno. Would be overflowed by the Japanese during the sakura. And cherry blossom season. It was on the Msia. Outside of the zoo it's the Ueno. Just like my hamsters. Haha. Guess what it is?

Just put your plates and bowls inside and it will wash them clean, and dry them up for you, you don’t need to worry about it. Of course, it's not cheap. If i'm not mistaken one would cost you about RM1800 or RM2000 like that. The laptops here are not cheap. Convert into RM, it also cost youRM3000 and above. Same goes to camera, TV etc. Maybe the stuff in this store are all too advanced. And this doe...

days to remember: Tokyo Metropolitan Government
http://janicedays.blogspot.com/2007/12/tokyo-metropolintan-government.html
Saturday, December 1, 2007. I came across a few who thought we were joining tour to Tokyo. Just to clarify, we went by our own, just that we booked the air ticket and hotel in a package. You know how much is it to take bullet train from our place to Tokyo? About 30,000yen = RM900 per person, for one way only. Now the package we took is cheaper than that, 44,000 yen, and that includes the hotel fee, and the breakfast. That sounds much more worth it, huh? 東京都庁舎, also referred to as Tokyo City Hall. We only...

days to remember: Tokyo Disneyland! ---- Here we are!
http://janicedays.blogspot.com/2007/12/disney-land.html
Sunday, December 2, 2007. This is the most significant and the main point of the trip! It took us like almost 2 hours to travel by train to Disneyland. It's a bit frustrating as it's another long journey. Some more when we change train in Tokyo Station, we took like 20minutes just to walk from this track to another. It's so far! Nevertheless, finally we are here - - - - Disneyland! Can you recognise who is that? Cinderella and the Prince! BEAUTY AND THE BEAST! My favourite cartoon characters! Then we met...

days to remember: Hiroshima University Festival
http://janicedays.blogspot.com/2007/11/hiroshima-university-festival.html
Tuesday, November 6, 2007. I think I wanna share with you on this event first as I think it's very interesting. We went to this 56th Hiroshima University's festival - - or I should say it's a celebration of their foundation of the university. See the crowd? Few days before the festival you can see their preparation for the event. I think their decorations are rather weird - maybe I can't understand what is their theme and what they are trying to bring out for this celebration. There are about 50 stalls t...
