The ups and downs of our life. Monday, December 31, 2007. WOW hard to believe that 2007 is over.but I can say I am happy to see it go. It has been a tough year for me health wise. I have been in pain since February, hoping in 2008 the pain finally goes away.we will then party. My father passed out and came close to losing his ability to walk but thankfully he is fine and back to new. She is happy and can you believe almost 7. Wishing everyone a HAPPY, HEALTHY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR! JUST had to share.

The ups and downs of our life. Tuesday, September 02, 2008. I DID IT.the 3 week stall. I am officially down 100.8 lbs and cannot BELIEVE it! I was on a 3 week stall of being up and down the same few pounds. But I was not getting frustrated because I knew this would happen. I am down almost 404 sticks of butter. I cannot even express the happiness and change that my life has taken. I am so much more healthier then ever. I have a ton more energy. I walk, play tennis and I am so much more active. We are staying at Beach Club Villas and cannot wait.they have one of the best pools on property.it is a sand bottom one and they have a lazy river. And even better we have a date night.Spider and I are going to California Grill for dinner and Aviva is going to the Sandcastle Club where they give dinner and do lots of fun stuff. She relaxed and then did her homework. When she was finished she played with her toys and I called her into my room. Visual Artist Penticton BC Canada. Innocent Wolf" Turns into "Defilements Don't Sleep". The painting Innocent Wolf shows a wolf with a sly smile with sharp teeth. The idea here is that the wolf kills and is innocent in a way as it's just the wolfs nature to kill. As I worked on the painting it took on a new title called Defilements Don't Sleep, it shows the wolf in dream land even though it's dreaming the defilements of the wolfs mind are working round the clock. Got this little guy sitting in the studio.
