Had gone down the stairs. The attending custody officers asked all to leave, yet they returned to see Mr. Hastings out of the court room? Now how did that happen? Again, it's amazing how Clark County works. Were the officers allowed back into the courtroom after civilians had taken their leave? February 14, 2009 at 9:24 AM.
