Run Mad: Pushing The Limits...
http://runbethyrun.blogspot.com/2013/09/pushing-limits.html
Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Half) Marathon training is all about pushing the limits. You set a goal and week by week you push your body one mile further. Some days you are prepared and some days, not so much. Lately I've struggled going that extra mile further. Which scares me about race day. I so badly want to succeed,. To meet my goal. still standing! This is not to my advantage come October, but it's my own. Fault At this point all runs are crucial and all long runs will benefit me in my race,.

Run Mad: September 2013
http://runbethyrun.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 30, 2013. Back to the Basics. My long runs are in full gear and the big day is 2 weeks away. Dread the last 3 miles of this route. It's got long gradual hills and it just seems to take forever! Instead, I began to pray. Prayer is my thing, if you haven't tried it, you should and if you don't want to, that's cool! Just keep reading anyways. I always pray before my runs for safety, endurance, strength and protection, I may cover things more than once, but it makes me feel better! This pas...

Run Mad: Balance
http://runbethyrun.blogspot.com/2013/08/balance.html

When you have (2) children, a busy working husband, a new career you are trying to learn/grow, it's all about finding your. Yesterday I made an attempt to walk/run the 4 miles that was on my training schedule. I had a battle with my mental and I ended up walking a mile and coming home. Lil' Brother starts preschool next week and I HATE. Remember that goal of a PR. Fitness,...

A Vantastic Story: October 2011
http://aandeandbaby.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Meeting the Love of My Life. I know, I know. It has taken me 7 months to write about Van's birth. Life has been pretty crazy since this handsome little boy came along. Van was pretty colicky the first few months of his life and also suffered from acid reflux. He never napped for more than 30 minutes at a time, which made it pretty hard for me to get anything accomplished. Better late than never right? Once I was at 9 1/2 cm I did not progress. for HOURS! A "pair of parsleys".
