http://www.sunshinerunner.com/2014/06
Monday, June 30, 2014. Meatless Monday - I said meatless, not necessarily healthy. Miles today: 4.14 miles with mom and the bats at sunrise, strength training. Miles in 2014: 615.07 miles. Did I mention how pumped I was for back-to-back kick ass runs. Yesterday and today were great! My Gabriella belt is a lifesaver and running is actually much more comfortable now than it was a few weeks ago. Time out or working on improving posture? 1 c light cream cheese. 1/2 c fat free greek yogurt. 1 tbs onion powder.
