Saturday, March 9, 2013. This past summer I baked Ina Garten's Outrageous Brownies for our church's softball team and everyone. You really can't go wrong when you have a brownie recipe full of rich chocolate, coffee, and a touch of flour. This is another take on those same brownies. These are so good guys! 1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter. 8 ounces semisweet chocolate. 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate. 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee granules. 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract. 1/2 cup flour, sifted.

Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Bacon-Corn Chowder with Shrimp. I decided to make this soup on a whim tonight because I had most of the ingredients on hand and it looked delicious. Seriously, you can never go wrong with big chunks of bacon! This soup came together pretty quickly and is super yummy. I love the smokiness that the bacon adds. Wednesday, April 10, 2013. Daniel is 3 months old! I started this post a few weeks ago. it was only going to be a week or so after Danny turned 3 months. HA! Now he is closer to 4 months old. I cant believe my sweet baby is 3 ( almost 4 ) months old. where has the time gone? I can't believe how busy it is with 3 kiddos under foot. I swear I dont get any rest until 2 of the 3 are in bed for the night. and even then Danny is constantly nursing. I wouldn't trade it for anything tho. Oh and he LOVES his fist!
