Yeah so day1 ran about 25km from sch to macritchie through rifle range then back by lornie road to ccab then sch.haha at first was supposed to be much much longer.around 100km but guess that would be too impossible.everyone alr damn shag after the 25km.but first time i didnt feel breathless in between or wdv.lucky lah. HIC is officially over.except thinking of next year theme.had AAR today.was not back.bt took up hell lot of time.haha from 8-11.wondered hw we spent 3 hrs.trng was at 9 actually.so i was damn late but still went.cannot dont train man.stamina sucks now :(.
