Amalie Berlin - Romance Writer. And you may ask yourself, do I really want to know this. A large part of my existence involves daydreaming- whether I'm supposed to be paying attention to something else or not, and that's how it's always been. I'm blessed that now I get to call my attention-deficit rudeness something else: Working :). I'm lying- I do that- the area is beautiful, the air is clean and fresh if you count out those gassy cows, and the people are nice. Plus, the Great Serpent Mound. I also lik...

Maria Michaels, Author: Almost Done!
http://romancingthewriter.blogspot.com/2014/08/almost-done.html
Tuesday, August 5, 2014. All of Me is in its final stages, and although I can't wait to release Jeff and Ivey's story, I must admit that I'm terrified. Just a little bit. This will be my first self published release, and although I have full confidence in the team I've hired to help me through it, it's still a bit daunting. But the best thing about self-publishing is dipping my toes in the Indie world, where I have many author friends who claim the water is fine. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Monday, April 21, 2014. A few days before Easter, our household received momentous news. Our youngest received his acceptance letter to Moody Bible Institute. I'm happy for him. Really. Even if Chicago is a loooooong way from northern California. Even if he's my baby. There is such a comfort in knowing that though he will be far from home and family he is never far from God. As it so happens, we both believe and serve the same God who will continue to connect us, no matter the distance. Meanwhile, there'...

Friday, September 5, 2014. Excerpt from All of Me . Here's a little excerpt from All of Me, coming to you this fall. It's a labor of love in more ways than one. My first effort at self publishing, and I've been involved in every part of its creation. 8220;No, it’s not a good idea. I need wide open spaces when I’m around you,” she added. 8220;It’s not like you have a lot of choices.”. 8220;Wow. I’ve waited all my life to hear a guy tell me that.”. 8220;I’ll figure something out! A Minute With Marianne.

Maria Michaels, Author: Release Day!
http://romancingthewriter.blogspot.com/2015/01/release-day.html
Friday, January 23, 2015. Thanks to everyone who read the book, and placed your review. It means more to me than you could ever know. I honestly wasn't certain Jack and Maggie's story would ever be told. It has had more than one re-write (the I lost count amount) but the story wound up exactly where it needed to be. And the answer was a dog. Who knew? What happens when you move three thousand miles away but still can’t outrun the nightmare? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Subscribe to my mailing list.
