Someone Please Save This College Kid. I'll take calligraphy and then I'll make a fake degree. Thursday, September 24, 2009. 10 Things I'd Rather Do. This is the fall back option, but it never seems to get old. I've really enjoyed looking at the old high school group lately and seeing who's married and who's become a parent. I've been craving chocolate, and my domestic side wants to wear an apron. Why do I need to write papers if I can cook? 8 Read the next Stephanie Plum novel. 7 Go to work for cookie day.

Someone Please Save This College Kid: A Case of the Mondays
http://illtakecalligraphyandmakeafakedegree.blogspot.com/2010/08/case-of-mondays.html
Someone Please Save This College Kid. I'll take calligraphy and then I'll make a fake degree. Monday, August 9, 2010. A Case of the Mondays. I'm not gonna lie. When I woke up this morning I was contemplating taking a mental health day. It's not so much that I'm worn out, but burned out would not be an exaggerated description. I'm over my job and longing for the first day of classes when I can cut down on my hours and do something I like. Good case. Fake College Degree. August 10, 2010 at 12:59 AM.

Someone Please Save This College Kid: July 2010

Someone Please Save This College Kid. I'll take calligraphy and then I'll make a fake degree. Thursday, July 29, 2010. If my aversion to children could be removed I think I would be the world's greatest babysitter. This claim is based on the realization that I am my own nanny throughout the summer. It's hard to pinpoint the moment I became my own mother, but at some point it happened. Wednesday, July 14, 2010. So Close, Yet So Far. Two semesters are all that stand between me and my degree, but I have to ...

Someone Please Save This College Kid: So Close, Yet So Far

Someone Please Save This College Kid. I'll take calligraphy and then I'll make a fake degree. Wednesday, July 14, 2010. So Close, Yet So Far. Two semesters are all that stand between me and my degree, but I have to say that college is really getting in the way of me getting jobs right now. Not that I have experienced a deluge of offers, but this week I have experienced the sadness that comes with turning things down or being. To eligibility but ultimately unable to receive an offer. Let me explain. I rea...

living life in technicolor: life?
http://seeinglifeintechnicolor.blogspot.com/2009/01/life.html
Living life in technicolor. Saturday, January 24, 2009. What does it mean to live? Such a simple question for such an overwhelmingly cosmic answer, an answer that every member of humanity is searching for every day. So, I found myself asking G-d, once more. What does it mean to live? Living means never listening to fear. It means knowing when to say yes, when to say no, and when to wait with patience. It also means accepting that I'll always eventually make the wrong choice. Saturday, January 24, 2009.

living life in technicolor: The City of Lights
http://seeinglifeintechnicolor.blogspot.com/2008/12/city-of-lights.html
Living life in technicolor. Sunday, December 14, 2008. The City of Lights. How am I supposed to capture my experience in the beautiful Paris within these swift scratchings on a page? Even now, I can still dwell in awe upon the The Raft of the Medusa, gaze in rapture at Psyche and Cupid, or even stand in amazement before Nike of Samothrace. So many pieces of art struck me and enthralled me that I cannot begin to ever remember them all. Sunday, December 14, 2008. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I'm jus...

living life in technicolor: September 2008
http://seeinglifeintechnicolor.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Living life in technicolor. Sunday, September 28, 2008. A Pilgrimage: From Grantham through London to Canterbury. What does it mean to Pilgrimage? Is this a medieval phenomenon that cannot be repeated by those of us that go today? Is it negated by not slowly going on foot from one place to a distant other? I am not sure, but I do know that I found myself making my own pilgrimage, in mine own way. And God met me there. From there, I alone then went to the remains of the Augustinian Monastery. I completed ...
