I’m participating in a Million Step Challenge with my Fitness center- so here are my goals based on that- as long as I wear my pedometer, I really think I can do this! Reach One Million Steps: June 13. Reach Two Million Steps: October 1. Reach Three Million Steps: December 31. As of right now, I’m at about 430,000 steps (since March 11).

Adventures of a Fat Girl. My battle with weight loss, self confidence and life. I do have “traditional” progress photos (front view/side view/mug shot) at the bottom of this page; captioned and updated every so often! Christmas 2008 (227 pounds). New progress photos as of March 1, 2009! The “Before” shot here was taken on December 3 (so just over 90 days ago) I was probably about 227 at the time. Jag har väntat på ett regn jag kan förlora mig i. 2015-05-03 KL. 22:35:00 Vardag. Då var ännu en vecka förbi, tiden går så fort! Har haft en höjdarhelg tillsammans med Katja, har även jobbat en del i helgen. Nu har jag precis ätit kvällsmat och ska snart gå och lägga mig. Requer um contato regular e eu me escondo na figura de uma pessoa sem tempo e mais sem um monte de coisas, entendo agora. Ja nao sou eu mesma. Ja sou outra q encontrei em mim. Ja me perdi e encontrei diversas vezes, ou nao encontrei e continuo aqui. Ainda no processo de aprendizagem. Contornando, nao resolvendo, os problemas q se apresentam. E eu deveria ir embora.
