Saturday, June 20, 2009. Last Thursday and Friday I had an excuse to stay home with the kiddos! My babysitter was on vacation. She will be next week too, but I couldnt get it off (hmmf! Quinoa (pronounced Keen Wah) seems to be a relatively unknown grain but it's just delicious and so easy to cook and it is SOOO good for you! Do a google search for "quinoa nutrition" and you'll learn heaps of great things about it! But here, I'll just share the recipe:. 1 cup uncooked quinoa. Some quartered cherry or grape tomatoes. Some zucchini diced up. 2 tbsp olive oil.

I've been traveling since June 23, and every moment, every place has been perfectly perfect. Where have I been? From Korea I flew to Melbourne, Australia. I posted a blog about that. Then I flew to Sydney. I posted a blog about that as well. Then I flew to Brisbane. I spent 2 weeks in Cairns. Then I returned to Sydney.
