And Loving Every Minute of It! Monday, January 18, 2010. Monday, Monday, Monday! Well it's a typical Monday for me. No motivation, but yet I must press on and clean this house on my day off. Thought I would share a couple of photos with you that I don't think I've shared yet. The little boy on the left is my cousin's son(Grayson). He is such a sweetheart and we love going to visit him. And Loving Every Minute of It! Sunday, February 27, 2011. Two big moments in time are taking place within the next two weeks. The first one is happening in two days. Wednesday marks the day that we have to register Adam for Kindergarten. It is so hard for me to accept that my baby boy is finally old enough to start school. This is not possible, right? And Loving Every Minute of It! Wednesday, July 21, 2010. My Big Strong Boy. Well I took my last prednisone today and I have to say that my leg is looking a lot better than it did last weekend. And Loving Every Minute of It! Saturday, October 16, 2010. So, he was taken to the hospital and admitted for 1 and 1/2 days until they could start to get things under control. He is home now and doing a lot better and has even went back to work, but it's scary to know that you can be that way and have no symptoms whatsoever. And Loving Every Minute of It! Thursday, February 3, 2011. A Wake Up Call. We have to register Adam for K-5 on March 2nd. Can you believe it? I know I certainly can't. My baby boy is finally old enough to start school! Where did the time go? What happened to the day when I brought him home from the hospital and laid him into his bassinet? So for now, I'm going to enjoy the free time I have with him and look forward to all the adventures that I know we will encounter as he begins his journey through school.

Needless to say, I'm just now getting around to looking at them. One of the books is "Favorite Name Brand Recipes". I found this recipe the other night and we decided to try it for supper last night. 5 corn tortillas (6 inch). 1 jar (12 oz) salsa. 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained. 1 cup shredded cooked chicken. 1 cup (4oz) shredded pepper jack cheese.
