Sometimes that curve ball is injuring yourself to the point of not being able to exercise using your arms or legs. In need of ideas I turned to my peers, AKA, Facebook. My sister-in-law suggested I try hula hooping, which was the most intriguing suggestion by far. Also, it was the only actual feasible suggestion. Who gets smacked in the face by a hula hoop?
