I've given in several times and eaten "off course", and of course a mean AF coming to visit doesn't do well for my eating habits. Craving chocolate nonstop for a week will kill anyones resolve. So, I'm just now coming out of that. Guess I got a lot of sucking up to do. but, I suck at sucking it up. The last 8 months?

Monday, March 21, 2011. I got on the scale this morning, and I was at XX9. So, I dropped down out of that "stuck" weight without trying, or paying attention. Which I guess is a good thing; better than gaining weight, right? So, I'm going to try to "low carb" it this time, because this is what got me to within 10-lbs of my goal weight the last time I was on a diet. Wednesday, December 10, 2008. Can you believe it? I feel like its going to be any minute now, but at the same time, I don't want her to come before Christmas; its still too early. So, with all this going on, I had to cook Thanksgiving dinner. I tried to manipulate it so I was doing all my prep work sitting at the table, did the majority of it the day before, and assigned jobs to my dad and Jon, but I was still hurting with all the standing around and cooking.
