I’ve decided to make a plan because I cannot (and will not) take this new episode of dizziness lying down (even though there are times when just lying down is really appealing right now). But, almost more importantly for me, starting on Tuesday, I am going to have weekly one-to-one yoga lessons. I’ll let you know how it goes. Back to the beginning…. Remembering what I say.
