Visual Concepts (how creative). Wednesday, January 30, 2008. I had never noticed that color could be used for such different meanings in such different ways. I have always chosen colors based on what looked attractive to me, not for what mood I want to express or what I am representing. Thursday, October 4, 2007. Making these patterns was super fun! I loved coming up with the idea for the pattern and then cutting and pasting the initial image. I was totally shocked at how many severely different effects I could get just by moving one of my one inch blocks around. The only real difficult problem was sizing, but I think I figured it out!
