Friday, November 20, 2009. Can we do chalk? Zachary asks this question every time we open up the garage. No matter what the reason. It probably doesn't help that the sidewalk chalk is stored in the front of the garage! Unfortunately, it's not always convenient to say yes. However, on this particular day, one car was in the street and Daddy was outside raking leaves so we were able to say yes. Jacob eventually started writing rather than drawing. Monday, August 31, 2009. On the first day of first grade. Jacob went off to first grade today. I can't quite figure out what to write. The annual fireplace shot. Last night I thought this would be a good idea each year because it's such an easy way to see how much he's grown! Monday, May 10, 2010. The month of April came and went in an allergy induced haze! I love the spring.and hate it because all of the weather ups and downs reek havoc on all of us. Even Zack seems to be experiencing way too many symptoms for my liking! Here's a look back at April. Zack and Daddy dying eggs. Jacob managed to do it all by himself! Homemade sugar cookies from scratch. Daddy does the rolling best! Using the cookie cutters. The boys had a blast decorating with icing.
