He has now been home for several months and apart from the ongoing oxygen requirement and seizures he has been doing well and staying out of the hospital. Hurray for Ambrose! Ambrose and his big sister, Sophia now residing in Heaven, share the unfortunate distinction of being the only cases ever reported in the US of a terrible syndrome called Taybi-Linder. Sunday, November 6, 2011. In the self feeding category. He is trying to figure what this red thing is and how to use it. Here, thanks to Eric, is working on sweetpotatoes with oatmeal baby ceral in it. Ofcourse Eric left me with the mess to clean up! Thats ok cause my boy tried it and did not freak out! No cup work this meal (and I mean work). Its just there to get him use to it. Hold it what way? Mom plays like this. Thanks mom for helping me hold it the right way. I know you can't resist this Body!

Saturday, October 20, 2012. Mommy was not feeling that great this morning . I was busy playing and came up with the idea to surprise her. Because we all know how much fun it is to see her have a heart attack! An it has been at least 3 months since I pulled this trick. So, when she came to get me for breakfast- - TADAAAAA! He was playing and making sounds! It was awesome. Last year he would have been grey/blue and needed immediate help. I'll admit yesterday was a wicked pity party day. I think he is ready!

April 4, 2002 - May 29, 2010. Wednesday, May 2, 2012. MY HEART IS FULL. Today I got THIS surprise email in my inbox:. This afternoon mom and I went to Ben's grave and put a special marker on it. Hope you like it. It is made of a cement composite and weighs over 100 lbs. I made a cement base for it and still have to spray it with a water sealant to protect it from the elements over time.
