Cocoa powder: 1/4th cup. Boil milk and add vinegar. 2 When milk starts to curdle, keep on fire for 1/2 minute. Remove from fire and let it cool down at room temperature. 4 Pass maida, soda-bi-carb, cocoa and sugar through sieve. 5 Put all the dry ingredients in mixing bowl. 7 Now add walnuts and vanilla essence.

Press on it to make it firm. 4 Keep in fridge for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
