Sunday, 17 July 2016. The Nil Desperandum LK235 is a 63 year old seine netter, originally built for the Ministry of Defence in 1947, it was bought a few year later in 1951 by the Wiseman family to use as a fishing vessel. It was gifted to Shetland Amenity Trust by Jimmy Wiseman and is currently being restored and will be open to visitors in the near future. Saturday, 9 July 2016. Shetland Ponies are known to people throughout the world, even if they don't know where Shetland is actually located. This Shetland pony was part of a larger herd found near Gulberwick. It was originally asleep but woke when other ponies started to approach me, so knowing that some ponies ` laugh' when waking I concentrated on this one and managed to get a couple of photos. Now you can buy this photo either as a 30x20 or 24x16 canvas print. Labels: canvas prints of shetland.
