Beaver Scouts are our youngest members. We usually meet weekly on Thursdays to take part in a wide range of activities including games, crafts, singing, visits and good turns, along with plenty of outdoor activities. Beavers will also have the opportunity to take part in the fun and excitement of camps and sleepovers. It may be the first time they spend a night away from home so it’s a real adventure for them. Join the crew adult helpers. Uniformed Leaders or casual helpers. You don’t have to be an adventurer like Bear Grylls to get involved with Scouting. Do you have first aid knowledge? Are you good with numbers? Handy in the kitchen? Or are you a DIY whizz? We all have useful skills and you can volunteer and help in many ways. As long as you're over 18, you can help out as an adult volunteer in Scouting. There is no upper age limit for adult volunteers. If you are aged between 14 to 18, there is the...

What to wear and where to get it. Beavers wear a turquoise sweatshirt with a dark red scarf. The scarf and badges are supplied free during the investiture ceremony but the sweatshirt must be purchased. They are available from the Eastleigh Scout Shop and from the small shop in Pauline's Lodge in Cricket Camp at Manor Farm Country Park.
