Monday, March 22, 2010. This past weekend when we went out to visit my parents in IN we took a tour of a syrup making production their Amish friends, the Mast family, operate. This is pure maple syrup- straight from the maple tree. We prefer pure syrup to store-bought. Our goal is to eliminate as much High Fructose Corn Syrup from our diets as possible.
