Picnicking and Festival-ing – Amber & Jun

Shortly after our last visit to the cities, we were back to attend the Japanese Lantern Festival at Como Park Zoo in St. Paul. Jun drove us up in the morning. Going up that long American highway! I started a new sashiko coaster along the way. Next we went to the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden for a mini picnic. Wasabi chips and fruit with this silly guy. Checking out some succulents. Then we were off to the festival! The lanterns at last! Jun was surprised to hear someone shout “Yeah! September 13, 2015.

Just a quick side note, it looks like I was right calling Duke for the Champs. I had to take the Praxis II exam and passed it with a 154. I was stoked because I needed a 143 for Id and a 150 for Ut.
