MWKo-Hi-(エムダブリュコーヒーと呼んでください）ネットショップのブログです。 フジローヤルの小型焙煎機ディスカバリーでスペシャルティコーヒーを焙煎し販売をしています。 ”すばらしいコーヒーを多くの人に。しかも簡単に。”. 12288;仕切ると運転席が狭くなるので必要なときに設置したいが、ダメだそうです。 が、厚みのあるダンボールは自重があり、ベロンベロンと動きまくり正確な型が取れないので、やり直し。 およその大きさにベニアを成形。以前使ったベニアが会ったので、これを利用。 フローリング板を車に固定したいけど、直接車にネジ止めするのは後々車検もあるので、避けたい所。 ホームセンターで売っているベニアは最大で1800mm X 910mmなので、今回は４枚のベニアを用意。 ベニアA（横向き 1700mm x 625mm）. ベニアB（縦向き 1250mm x 85mm）. それには店舗が必要です。よし移動カフェだ！！ 12288;水タンクは４０リットル（排水用にも４０リットル）のタンクが必要. 12288;水タンクは２００リットル（排水用にも２００リットル）のタンクが必要.

MWKo-Hi-(エムダブリュコーヒーと呼んでください）ネットショップのブログです。 フジローヤルの小型焙煎機ディスカバリーでスペシャルティコーヒーを焙煎し販売をしています。 ”すばらしいコーヒーを多くの人に。しかも簡単に。”. ７月２３日はJHDC（ジャパン ハンドドリップ チャンピオンシップ）に参加してきました。 ハンドドリップとは昔ながらのドリップコーヒーで、その味を競う競技会。今年から始まりました。 特に募集要項にも記載されていないので、若干の不安を抱えつつ会場入りをした所、任務が与えられました。 その任務は”お湯Administrator”！ お湯管理者です。 競技会は午前と午後の２部にわかれ、それぞれリハーサル、本番がセットになっています。 競技者は何回もドリップして、味を確かめ、またドリップしてを繰り返します。 今までカッピングセミナーなどに参加した時に、”お湯クダサーイ”なんて気軽に言っていましたが、. プレッシャーもあり、湯気、炎との戦いがそこにはあったのです。 きっとお湯管理者は密かに喜ぶことでしょう。。。 MW Ko-Hi-の店長、山本です。

MWKo-Hi-(エムダブリュコーヒーと呼んでください）ネットショップのブログです。 フジローヤルの小型焙煎機ディスカバリーでスペシャルティコーヒーを焙煎し販売をしています。 ”すばらしいコーヒーを多くの人に。しかも簡単に。”. 心配しましたが、無事復旧。めでたしめでたし。 さてさて、かれこれ６年くらい使っているランチリオ社のシルビアというエスプレッソマシンを使っていたのですが、最近新しくなったのでご紹介します。 今まで使っていたシルビア は２代目。初代はデロンギのBar14。 12539;作りがしっかりしていて高級感がある。シルビアはスチームのバルブがプラの為ひねるとキュッキュと音がなる（涙）. 12539;自重があるため（１８kg)ポルタフィルターを嵌めるとき本体を押さえないでいい。 12539;温度が安定している（これが一番大事ね）. 12539;スチームがパワフル（強すぎてビビった）. 12539;バックフラッシュが出来（シルビアは構造上出来ない）.
