Amber Zee's Blog. From Gluten to Gluten-Free. Archive for March, 2010. On March 11, 2010 2 Comments. That’s right, pumpkin croutons. They were a perfect topping on our salad. But, more about that in a minute…. I decided to dedicate last night’s dinner primarily to the yummy pumpkin. Why you may ask? I think it has to do with the fact that I heard it’s like some kind of super food! Also, I really like the taste, and I had 4 cans of pumpkin in our cupboard! It was great fun! I’ve decided for each dish that I make that I will include a little quote from Nic getting his viewpoint on the dish. He’s the very best critic. Probably the nicest critic anybody could ask for.
