Healthy recipe journal, (randomly) edited by Jerry the Parrot. January 6, 2012. Some avian experts even go as far as advising that we should always do our best to offer our parrots an environment closely modeled on their natural habitat. Now, while I wholeheartedly agreed with that principle, I experienced somewhat of a mental block when trying to come up with suitable ways of making a 70 m. gretchalina: yes, i'm still here...
http://gretchalina.blogspot.com/2012/03/yes-im-still-here.html
Yes, i'm still here. Although by the long absence of activity, you might think otherwise. What i can share is that i have been completely and delightfully immersed in the 'small' side project that i began this past december by the name of 513{eats}. This project has quickly grown into a full blown 'grown up project' and i am so thrilled at the direction and momentum it has taken. In december, i shared with you the first, mini gazette, our holiday issue. I have completely fallen in lust. A win-win. yes.

Rustic heirloom tomato and goat cheese tart {on a rosemary infused crust}. My tomato plants are happily growing and full of baby heirloom tomatoes.but none quite ready for us to pick yet. simple fix, a leisurely trip to the farmer's market yesterday took care of that. I may have overdone it a bit, but no worries, i can always think of something. To do with sweet, summer tomatoes. I came across this recipe last week on a wonderful food blog called bella eats. Board) i think i wrote. must try this. I think...
