The original intent was for women to share wisdom and lessons on the art of becoming a mother. Over time, it has become common to invite men as well.*. Cupcakes made by one of the organiser, Sharon. Our baby shower was held at Moses and Sharon place. We had some babies- related games. We are blessed with many gifts.

Monday, February 7, 2011. This week into the year of the rabbit. Our Baby is considered a full term baby. Even with three weeks to go. That doesn't mean she has finished growing — in fact, she's still packing on about a half pound a week. She’s not kicking as much but stretching, rolling a bit, and wiggling alot. Baby girl is now weighing 3.3 kg! Contractions come more frequently now and last longer and more uncomfortable. The result of my Group B strep culture came out normal but I'm lack of vitamin D.

I sometime do wonder if she will only arrive after the due date and whether induction is necessary since she is already so big. An induction is required if:. Your water broke but you are not having contractions. Your baby still hasn't arrived by 2 weeks after the due date (when you're considered post-term — more than 42 weeks into your pregnancy). There is not enough amniotic fluid.

We were given many informations on the birth of baby and the care of baby at home. We also get to meet other couples who are gonna have babies soon. We get to share our personal experiences and play some games together. Those games and interaction allowed us to have a better understanding of the labour process). We were given light lunch too! Sunday, August 23, 2009. Celebrates 4 months and 4 weeks of his life today! He had grew abit from the day one we brought him home. His face used to be rounder and half the size smaller than now. When we 1st brought him home, he weighed only 800 grams. He is now a good 3.2 kg! That's tiny little Foxie at 8 weeks old, taking his 1st shower at home. Our sweet little boy.
