Friday, September 28, 2007. Em and Ced visit and Our first restaurant. Em and Cedric visited last weekend (YAY! And HELPED us in so many ways.happily handling Fazal a million times and generally being an awesome auntie and uncle (and sister and brother). There are a few photos of them here. And then, they really wanted to encourage us to go out, so we all went to Rein's Deli, a famous New York style deli in West Springfield. It was Fazal's first trip to a restaurant ever! Saturday, December 30, 2006. Providence, Rhode Island. First, that beautiful grand white building is the capitol building of Providence, which is the capitol city of Rhode Island. Although Em and Chris grew up less than two hours away from here, they had never spent time there. THAT is about to change. O ver the holidays we also had the pleasure of getting together with Chris's aunt Allie and cousin Matt. Allie lives fairly close by but Matt is harder to get a hold of, living in NYC and frequently trotting the globe.
