Love, life, and all that's in between. November 2, 2016. I read someone’s quick “about” on their blog today and cried. I miss poetry in my life. It’s so interesting to see another person’s photos and read their blog and stories, and think that they must live life in stanzas. Each act and scene of the day peppered with golden light and flourishes. Rhyming two-steps with a spouse, moments that move in slow motion. I watch their lives and think how much it reflects a dance. And I wonder where is my poetry?

I’ve made some fabulously terrible decisions in the love department. I fell in love with someone who so obviously did not want to love me back and saw me more as a means to an end than. I had two of my first freelance jobs come through and. I interviewed and was hired for a second job and work suddenly exploded.
