Saturday, February 2, 2013. Happy Christmas and Merry New Year! They say that the way you spend your New Years day sets the tone for the rest of the year. I would say that we are going to have a pretty spectacular 2013. Before we get there, back up with me to the week of Christmas. Clay, Addison, and I spent 3 days in Comanche. Addison and I enjoyed the Comanche City Park while Clay enjoyed some time in the deer blind. We started a new family tradition by letting the kids decorate sugar cookies for Santa.

Friday, July 8, 2011. 4th of July weekend FUN. We had a very busy and very fun 4th of July weekend! We headed out Saturday morning and traveled down to Schertz to spend some time with my Grandma. We enjoyed hanging out with her for the afternoon and then we had some great fried catfish and awesome onion rings at Clear Springs Restaurant for dinner. Sunday we headed to Fredericksburg for the rest of our weekend plans. We got into town and did a little shopping on Main Street. Doesn't get much better!

Saturday, January 14, 2012. October 21, 2011. It is an annual tradition for our family to addition the yearly Red Steagall Cowboy Gathering in the Ft Worth Stockyards. This event includes a Ranch Rodeo, a Chuck Wagon Camp and Cook off Competition, and Western Swing music. Our Cowboy was decked out with hats, boots, AND spurs for the event! We enjoyed a little music and entertainment around the wagons. Ethan LOVED seeing all the horses and cowboys. His favorite event was the Ranch Bronc Riding!

Although our Aggies didn't win we still enjoyed tailgating and catching up with friends. Ethan loved all the game day fun that was to be had. He perfected his Gig'em.
