We Eat: Nettles and Microgreens. We Eat: Morning Glory Muffins. May 2, 2015. Adapted from King Arthur Flour. This recipe absolutely requires a food processor or good blender. It can be a little involved if you’re not a regular baker; I always make a double batch to save time. 3/4 cup orange juice. 1 cup pitted dried dates. 1 cup whole wheat flour. 1 cups rolled oats. 2 teaspoons baking soda. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 2 cups peeled and grated carrots. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.

From the market I got: kale, arugala, stinging nettles, radishes, beets and greens, microgreen and flower mixture, yukon gold potatoes, asparagus, mint, parsley, rosemary, honey yogurt, eggs. Morning glory muffins, quinoa and greens mini frittatas, yogurt with jam or honey and nuts, eggs and toast. Nuts, Fruit, Homemade Larabars, Veggies and hummus. Lunch/ Dinners (I make enough for 2 meals):.

David and Gwen Schwieder Family. Familes are like fudge, mostly sweet with a few nuts. Christmas decorations in Taiwan. These men were putting up the tree for our Ward Christmas party. It was fun to watch. I don't even think they got the tree put together correctly let alone any rhyme or reason for how it was decorated. They never found a top on the tree. Young Carson wanted to help - he did as well as anyone else. My tree. It stands about 5 feet high. It makes me happy! My advent calendar this year.
