Made an offer on the FL condo tonight; The seller accepted; The price is about 1/4 of what the other two are going for, but I figure if it can close, it will be a good introduction and a first deal to learn on. The seller is working with a Realtor, but she is very nice and friendly (although the only communication we will be likely to have over this deal will be via phone and internet as she lives down there). Drafted up the P&S with an addendum for extra protection;.

Wednesday, October 29, 2008. New Offer on the NH Cottage. Tonight, I made contact again with my seller up in NH; I came back to her with an offer about 12% more than my last bid;. This time I explained that I would not be able to come in any higher due to the previous sold price on record for the property as well as some minor repairs I thought would be in order. She said that she would need to run it by her partner before giving me a decision but said that she would get back in touch with me.
